When a parent or guardian registers, we may collect the parent’s name, mobile number, email address, the child’s name, age, class, city, programme preference and learning priorities. We also receive payment reference information from our payment provider to confirm a registration.

Why we use information

We use this information to process registrations, confirm payments, respond to enquiries, share relevant programme information, provide support and maintain required business records.

We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to operate the registration experience, including Razorpay for payment processing, Supabase for secure application data and Google Sheets for internal registration administration. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

Children’s information

A parent or guardian provides a child’s details for registration and programme guidance. Please provide only information that is relevant to the enquiry or registration.

Your choices

You may ask us to update, correct or withdraw consent for your information by contacting us through WhatsApp support. Withdrawal may affect our ability to complete an active registration or provide requested programme information.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. We retain information only for as long as needed for registration, support, business records or legal obligations.
